Frequently Asked Questions

How long are sessions?

Session length is flexible, so you can choose what works best for your student's schedule and attention span. We generally see the best results with sessions of one to two hours.

How are students matched with tutors?

After the consultation, we match your student with the tutor whose strengths fit their courses, goals, schedule, and learning style.

Is tutoring conducted entirely online?

Yes. All sessions are held live over video, using a shared digital whiteboard and screen sharing, so students can work with us from anywhere, around school, athletics, and extracurricular commitments.

What if my student does not connect with their tutor?

The relationship between student and tutor is central to the process, and we consider finding the right fit our responsibility. If your student does not feel their tutor is the right match, we will pair them with another tutor at no additional cost.
